Enrollment and Tuition Information for the 2012-13 Academic School Year

(August 27, 2012 - May 31, 2013) 

Parents and guardians: Be sure to allow sufficient lead time for visits to the school, paperwork, and orientation before your child’s first day. Depending on the time of year, the class, and your child’s readiness, this could require from two weeks to up to several months.

1. Site visits: First attend an Open House. If no Open House is available, schedule an appointment to meet with the Director and take a tour. A second visit may then be scheduled to observe a classroom.

2. Application: Submit both the Admissions Application and the Student Profile with the non-refundable application fee ($100) by March 1*. A complete enrollment package will then be provided to you and a spot will be held for 30 days. An interview will be scheduled for Elementary applicants. 

3. Enrollment Agreement: A signed Enrollment Agreement and deposit must be returned within 30 days to confirm your child’s place in the school. The deposit will be applied to the year’s tuition or program fee.

4. Payment and remaining enrollment forms: The Program Fee for Elementary is due July 1. The first monthly (of half-year) payment for Primary, Transition, and Early Primary is due August 1. All remaining enrollment forms are also due on those dates.

5. Mid-Year Enrollment: Mid-year enrollments may be accepted if space is available.

6. Waiting List: A waiting list will be started once available spaces are filled. An application is required; a deposit may be requested. 

Deadlines for the Academic Year:

Admissions Application March 1*.       *(Applications will be accepted past this point if spaces are still available.)

Enrollment Agreement – Within 30 days after receiving the enrollment package.

Program Fee or First Tuition Payment and Enrollment Forms July 1 for Elementary; August 1 for Primary, Transition, and Early Primary. A place for the child will be held only as long as paperwork and payments are received according to the deadlines above. Payments will not be refunded if the enrollment process is not completed.

All payments are non-refundable.

Tuition and Fees for the 2012-13 Academic Year:

 Early Primary (ages 2-3) Primary (ages 3-6) and Transition (ages 4-5)
 Half Day (9-12) = $8,240 Half Day (9-12) = $7,745
 Full Day (9-3) = $10,310 Full Day (9-3) = $9,770

        A 3-day schedule is available for 2 and 3-year-olds (10% off the tuition).

Program Fee for Elementary (grades 1-5) = $6,000

Before/After Care:

AM Care (7:30 - 8:45 a.m.) = $1,260

PM Care (3-6 pm) = $3,060

Other fees and charges: $100 application fee; $200 deposit (with enrollment agreement); "per day" rates are available for AM and PM Care, based on space availability.

Payment options: For non-Elementary: 9 monthly payments or 2 half-year payments (a 3% discount will apply to the tuition only for half-year payments). For Elementary: Full payment is due July 1. Parents who need a payment plan can discuss that with the Director.

Discounts: A 5% discount is given for siblings of students attending in the same academic year. A 5% discount is available to members of Living Faith Lutheran Church and its resident church groups.

Note: Discounts do not apply to AM or PM Care or to the Elementary Class. Sibling discounts do not carry over from the Elementary Class. All payments are nonrefundable.
